16/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - European Commissioner Michel Barnier is to present on Wednesday afternoon in Brussels his third report on cohesion (see EUROPE of 13 February, p.7, and 14 February, p.7) at the Conference of Presidents of the political groups of the European Parliament enlarged to all interested MEPs - hence to a sort of mini-plenary.
