EU and NATO joint effort to ensure effective SFOR transfer to EU in Bosnia-Herzegovina

Brussels, 16/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - The transfer of SFOR in Bosnia-Herzegovina to the European Union was the main subject for discussion at the joint meeting on Monday in Brussels between the Political and Security Committee (COPS) and the North Atlantic Alliance (NAC).
