European business leaders call on Pascal Lamy to show more flexibility in Foreign Sales Corporations affair

Brussels, 16/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - UNICE (Union of Industrial and Employers' Confederations of Europe) calls upon Trade Commissioner Pascal Lamy to show proof of more flexibility in the dispute with the United States over tax relief for exports that US companies enjoy for their sales abroad within the framework of Foreign Sales Corporations (FSC), including "Made in America" flagship companies such as Boeing, Microsoft and Caterpillar.
