Brussels, 09/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - In order to eradicate the diseases known as poverty diseases (malaria, tuberculosis, AIDS), Europe wants to develop a partnership policy between public and private sectors to stimulate a health policy in developing countries, and especially in Africa.
