Brussels, 09/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - As foreseen, the European Parliament will be holding a debate on air safety during its weekly session in Strasbourg after the Charm el-Cheikh disaster (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.10, and 6 January, p.9). On Monday afternoon, the European Commission will make a statement in this connection and on the problem of personal data transmission on cross-Atlantic flights.
