ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) dentistry

Pan-European investment fund, PERMIRA, has sold off two companies: DEMEDIS and EURO DENTAL HOLDING, specialists in dental supply and specialist hospital materials. During the 2003 tax year, the conglomerate produced a turnover of EUR 400 million in Germany, Italy, Benelux and Austria. The total number of employees on its books is 1350.
