On-line sales activities of Dutch pharmacy 0800 DocMorris are partially approved

Luxembourg, 11/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The EU's Court of Justice has ruled on the legality of the activities carried out by the Dutch pharmacy 0800 DocMorris which prospects for customers on-line by proposing to German consumers medicines that are readily available from the site: www.0800DocMorris.com.
