11/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Transport Council on 5 December adopted without debate its common position on the amended proposal of directive defining minimum insurance requirements to be respected by air carriers and aircraft operators flying from or to the Community territory, on the basis of the Council's political agreement of 9 October (EUROPE of 11 October, p.8).
