Brussels, 11/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - On 11 December in Brussels European social partners presented Heads of State and Governments of the Troika (Italy, Ireland and Netherlands) meeting up for their special tripartite social summit (EUROPE 10 December p 11) with a joint declaration in which they suggest a package of measures for improving economic activity and jobs in Europe.
