11/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Transport Council on 5 December adopted its common position without debate on the proposal of regulation aimed at establishing Community rules for negotiating and implementing agreements on air services between member States and third countries on the basis of the political agreement of the Transport Council on 9 October (EUROPE of 11 October, p.8).
