Brussels, 11/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Liberal leaders, in Brussels on Thursday for their traditional preparatory meeting on the eve of the European Council (and more importantly, the IGC), affirmed their willingness to reach agreement on the Constitution of the EU this weekend.
