Yes to Nestlé/Colgate-Palmolive agreement

Brussels, 11/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - According to expedited procedure, the European Commission has authorised the creation of several joint undertakings between the Swiss agri-food giant, Nestlé, and the American group, Colgate-Palmolive. These companies will only be present in Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Furthermore, the Commission has given its go-ahead to the setting in place of a joint venture between the German companies Götz Holding, Schwenk Zement and Ilbau (Strabag...
