11/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - MEP Jean-Maurice Dhousse (Belgian Socialist), Pierre Larrouturou (Economic Committee of the French Socialist Party) and Daniel Spoel (from the Civil Society Permanent Forum) handed Gerard Onesta (French Green and vice president to the European Parliament) seven social objectives that they wanted to include in the future constitution.
