Brussels, 11/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the CRH and SAMSE groups to take over equally shared control of the company, Doras. The three companies are specialised in building materials, but their geographical location is very different and concerns the French market, the Commission noted. Furthermore, the Commission considered that the operation only concerns companies that play a minor role and that it therefore does not create a competition problem.
