Condemnation of new terrorist attacks in Istanbul

Brussels, Strasbourg, 20/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Union has condemned the attacks in Istanbul on Thursday against the HSBC Bank and the British Consulate (which killed more than 25 and wounded 400, according to AP). The EU High Representative for External Policy, Javier Solana said that, "I condemn with the utmost vigour the new terrorist attacks in Istanbul that hit a country that is very close to us and, in that country, the representation of a Member State of the European...
