Parliament wants EUR 30 billion for 7th FRDP

Strasburg, 20/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - By adopting the report by the German Social Democrat Rolf Linkhor on the Commission Communication entitled 'Investing in research: an action plan for Europe,' the European Parliament confirmed its support for the plan seeking to increase the research effort and make up for Europe's considerable delay compared to the United States and Japan.
