Brussels, 20/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - In order to reach the Lisbon objectives set out in March 2000, particularly those of making the education and training systems in the EU a "reference of quality at a world level by 2010" and Europe the "preferred destination of students and researchers in the rest of the world", Education Commissioner Viviane Reding has decided to shake things up by requesting Education Ministers in the enlarged EU, meeting on 25 November for a Council in Brussels, to...
