20/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - In the forward of a ECB report on the EU banking sector published on Wednesday, European Central Bank (ECB) President, Jean-Claude Trichet has written that the economic recovery in the Euro zone is expected to get stronger in 2004 and short term risk appear to be balancing out. According to authors of the report, the European financial sector is not exposed to risk but the rapidity of the economic recovery is essential for its future performances.
