Decision on European candidate for ITER to be taken at Competitiveness Council of 27 November

Brussels, 19/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Committee of Permanent Representatives (Coreper) decided on Wednesday that the choice between two European sites for the experimental nuclear fusion reactor ITER- Vandellos (Spain) and Cadarache (France)- will be taken at the Competitiveness Council, to take place on either 26 and 27 November, or 27 and 28 November.
