Mario Monti wants convincing justification for extending exemption extended to shipping industry

Brussels, 16/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - Addressing the European Shipper's Council in Antwerp on 12 June, Commissioner Mario Monti gave some indications of how European competition policy was progressing with regard to shipping.
