Luxembourg, 16/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, in Luxembourg, the Council adopted conclusions on the Balkans, in the form of a document entitled "The Thessaloniki Agenda for the Western Balkans: moving towards European integration", as well as conclusions on the stabilisation and association process for South East Europe.
