Brussels, 16/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - Philippe Busquin, Research Commissioner, and Spencer Abraham, US Secretary of State for Energy, signed an EU/United States cooperation agreement on Monday on research into fuel cells, in the context of an international conference on hydrogen and fuel cells organised in Brussels on Monday and Tuesday.
