Brussels, 16/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has adopted its proposals for a second Northern Dimension action plan for the 2004-2006 period. This plan, which covers the region of the Baltic Sea, the Arctic Ocean and north-east Russia, will concentrate on five priorities: economy and infrastructure, social questions, environment, nuclear security and natural resources, justice and home affairs and cross-border co-operation.
