Brussels, 22/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - Commissioner Neil Kinnock has invited Ministers responsible for public administration and civil servants from the ten candidate countries to take part in a conference in Brussels on 26 May. The conference will focus on recruitment procedures of new officials and administrative reform by the European Commission. The Presidency will be represented by the Greek Minister for the Interior, Costas Skandalidis.
