22/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - After presenting its proposal on 12 May on the budget 2002 surplus to be reversed this year in the Member States (preliminary draft amending budget No 3/2003: EUROPE of 13 May, p.12), the European Commission is to adopt, on Wednesday, a preliminary draft correcting budget (No 4/2003) also concerning EU budget receipts.
