Brussels, 22/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - The 700 participants at the General Assembly of the Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR), which was held on 14-16 May in Poznan (Poland) adopted a declaration in which they demonstrate their "opposition to re-nationalisation of cohesion policies".
