Brussels, 22/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - Margot Wallström, Environment Commissioner, and Vasso Papandreou, EU Council President, head the EU delegation at the fifth pan-European environment conference at ministerial level currently being held in Kiev (Ukraine, 21-23 May).
