Luxembourg, 26/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - As EUROPE mentioned (see yesterday's bulletin, p.17), the Court of Justice gathered in plenary at France's request passed down its Oteiza Olazabal judgement, of the name of a Spanish Basque banned from residing in several departements close to the Spanish border.
