26/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - Poland, Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic have for the past four months been taking part in Media Plus and Media training programmes. Thanks to special arrangements allowing full participation in all Media 2002 activities, these countries presented various projects of which 18 were selected with a view to financing for a total of EUR 2.5 million.
