26/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - The EU and Switzerland held the second negotiating session on Monday on Switzerland's participation in the Media Plus and Media Training programmes. Talks were notably on Bern's financial participation, compatibility between Swiss legislation and the EU's regarding television and the link between these negotiations and those going on at the WTO on audiovisual services.
