Brussels, 22/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - The EU Member State finance and budget ministers will be meeting on 25 November, under the chairmanship of Danish Finance Minister Thor Pedersen, in order to finalise the draft budget for 2003 at second reading. According to Presidency sources, the amounts to be earmarked for common foreign and security policy will be at the heart of debates at the consultation meeting with the European Parliament (and in the presence of Commissioner Michaele Schreyer)....
