Brussels, 22/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, President of the European Convention, received a message from President Chirac one 22 November announcing that in order to demonstrate France's commitment in an even clearer way, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Dominique de Villepin "will be representing the French authorities at the Convention" (he will be replacing the Socialist and former Minister for European Affairs, Pierre Moscovici.
