22/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) has just granted a loan of EUR 91 million to the Canal de Isabel II for funding the construction of drainage water purification plants in Madrid conurbation, as well as the revamping of the Plaza de Castilla reservoir in the north of the Spanish capital.
