22/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - UEAPME (the European Association of Craft, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) has elected as its president the Luxembourg industrialist, Paul Reckinger, and has renewed the term of office of its Secretary General, Hans-Werner Müller.
