Action against Germany for failing to fully transpose Community legislation on opening up on-the-ground-services to the market in Community airports

Brussels, 16/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - After sending a warning letter to Germany last March and not receiving a reply, the European Commission decided on Wednesday, to take the German government to the Court of Justice for badly transposing Community legislation that gradually opens up the market to on-the-ground services at Community airports.
