The German group SIEMENS is to sell certain of its network management operations in the United Kingdom, France and Italy to the investment firm KKR - KOHLBERG KRAVIS ROBERTS & CO. SIEMENS will nevertheless retain a 19% stake in the new entity that will combine the operations sold, with KKR holding the remaining 81%. The new entity will be called OMNETICA and employ 900 people and should have a turnover of 400 million euro in the current year.
