Troika in Moscow - aid to victims of Chechnya conflict

Brussels, 16/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The EU Troika - Council President Per Stig Moeller, future Council President Georges Papandreou, High Representative Javier Solana and European Commissioner Chris Patten - will be in Moscow on 17 October for a regular dialogue between the Union and Russia. We recall that the next EU-Russia summit is scheduled for 11 November.
