Two years after adoption of negotiation mandates by the fifteen, re-admission agreement negotiations have still not begun with Morocco, Russia and Pakistan

Luxembourg, 16/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - In the follow-up to the Seville Summit, Member States are pushing firmly for a conclusion to re-admission agreements for illegal immigrants.
