Luxembourg, 08/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - Private television channels, M6 from France, Antenna 3 from Spain and the Portuguese channel SIC, have obtained a cancellation from the European Court of First Instance on the sub-licensing system that the European Union planned to introduce for radio and television (mainly for publicly owned channels), which they believe deprives them of genuine access to sporting events re-transmitted by Eurovision.
