ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) automobile equipment

French FAURECIA (PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN group) and GSK, Taiwan's leading automobile equipment maker, are to form a joint venture for the joint production of car seats in China. The new undertaking will be called FGW - FAURECIA GSK WUHAN AUTOMOTIVE SEATING and will be held at 51% by FAURECIA and 49% by GSK. In 2004, it is expected to make a turnover by way of EUR 30 million with around 150 employed.
