European Convention: President Valery Giscard d'Estaing addresses students of College of Europe

On 2 October 2002, the beginning of the academic year of the College of Europe of Brugge was marked by an address by the President of the European Convention Valery Giscard d'Estaing (see EUROPE of 3 October, pages 3 and 4, as well as 4 October, pages 4 and 5, for his exchange of views with the European Parliament's Committee on Constitutional Affairs).
