08/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) is organising a conference on the theme of "Fighting against the deregulation of workplace codes in candidate countries" on 11-12 October in Brussels. The General Secretary of the ETUC, Jean Lapeyre will introduce the event, which also forms part of the 10th Statuary Congress of the ETUC which will take place in Prague in 2003 and where the agenda will focus mainly on EU enlargement (Info: Wim Bergans, ETUC, Brussels....
