Spain found guilty for bad management of three incineration plants in Mazo and Barlovento on island of La Palma

Luxembourg, 15/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Court of Justice has found Spain guilty of a series of infringements to the European Directive of June 1989 on the fight against atmospheric pollution from municipal waste incineration plants.
