Brussels, 15/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - On the eve of his visit to Paris on Monday, where he was expected to meet Jacques Chirac, the Prime Minister, Jean-Pierre Raffarin and the Foreign Affairs Minister, Dominique de Villepin, the Bavarian Minister-President and Christian Democrat candidate for the federal Chancellery, appealed for a new founding pact between France and Germany.
