Danish Presidency wants clearer, simpler rules in the interests of consumers and companies

Brussels, 15/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - Addressing the European Parliament's Legal Affairs and the Internal Market Committee on Wednesday, the Danish industry, economy and trade minister Bendt Bendtsen (acting President of the Internal Market Council) outlined Denmark's priorities - promoting trade and the internal market through better legislation (this will be on the agenda of the Nyborg Council on 11/12 October 2002).
