The French specialist chemicals group, RHODIA and the Japanese engineering company ORGANO are going to create a joint-venture for developing and trading in ingredients and food additives to Japan. Baptised as the ORGANO FOOD TECH CO LTD, the new entity will be 49% controlled by RHODIA and its subsidiaries RHODIA FOOD and RHODIA JAPAN and 51% by ORGANO. It is expected to have an initial turnover of around EUR 20 million with the objective of doubling this figure over the next three years and...
