Tory Jonathan Evans slams plans for UK and Spain to share sovereignty over Gibraltar

Brussels, 15/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - "Today's decision to share Gibraltar's Sovereignty with Spain represents one of the greatest sell-outs of British Sovereignty in our nation's history", the leader of the British Conservatives in the European Parliament, Jonathan Evans, announced in a press release.
