In Belgium, ALMAFIN, real estate division of the Belgian holding, ALMANIJ, finished its take-over bid on 3 July. Its total stake in the Brussels based hotel funds CITY HOTELS will be 85.5%. ALMANIJ will sell shares for EUR 23 each.
