ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) zinc

METALEURO and NORZINCO have announced a merger of their zinc oxides activities, which are based in Goslar (Germany) and Anzin (France) respectively. The merger will be implemented through a joint holding company, which will manage the two sites and which will control around 15% of the European zinc oxide market, with a turnover of EUR 40 million.
