Stockholm, 22/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - According to a poll published in the Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter, 53% of Swedes now want their country to join the euro, compared with 33% of the thousand people polled said they opposed joining the euro. A previous survey carried out by the same organisation, Temo, put 43% of Swedes in favour neck and neck against 42% against.
